Scope of the project was adding 11,500 sq ft of new facility in addition to an inside / outside renovation of 21,000 sq ft of existing building. The final result was a most impressive modernized dealership that was completed 30 days ahead of schedule and on budget.
PIPE LAYER
We are seeking career-minded individuals who will grow with our company with the goals of continued job advancement. This position often has contracts in exciting environments such as in-stream concrete work, helicopter accessed construction, and complex industrial facilities.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
• Be a Pipelayer with minimum 3-5 years’ experience. Ability to operate equipment is an asset.
• Have a strong grasp of WorkSafeBC safety procedures for commercial and industrial sites
• Have a variety of building skills and techniques, be able to balance speed and accuracy and use materials efficiently
• Preferably have experience in all aspects of civil and mechanical work
• Live in or relocate to the Terrace area
