PROJECT MANAGER – Civil, Concrete, & Buildings
We are seeking career-minded individuals who will grow with our company with the goals of continued job advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of medium to large
commercial and industrial construction projects. - Oversee all stages of project lifecycle from estimating and bidding, through construction, to commissioning and handover.
- Monitor and manage project safety, schedule and budget while upholding the highest quality.
- Maintain communication with all project stakeholders, including project team,
consultants, client and regulatory bodies. - Manage all aspects of contract administration.
The successful candidate will:
- Have 10+ years experience estimating and managing commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
- Be fluent in reading construction blueprints.
- Be competent managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Be familiar with common construction and business software and be able to learn new company specific software.
- Have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work
independently as well as a part of a team. - Be able to work in an environment with pressure and tight deadlines.
- Be able to work full time in Terrace BC
