Haisla Youth Centre, Kitimaat Village. Design and construction of a two-storey wood and steel youth centre providing a safe, welcoming space for children and elders. Delivered in full collaboration with trades and community.

McConnell Slide, Terrace. Complex riverbank stabilization and rip rap armouring on an environmentally sensitive site. Completed within WorkSafe and DFO requirements, on time, with strong community and stakeholder satisfaction.

NSD Inland Port, Terrace. Construction of a 44-acre rail transload facility including civil, rail, water, storm, and utility infrastructure. Over 100,000m³ of material moved, with complex coordination and successful completion.

Prince Rupert Regional Hospital, Emergency Room Renovation. Multi-phase renovation of Emergency Department and main entrance, including vestibule and shower construction, equipment reinstallation, and strict compliance with Infection Control and Mobile Medical Unit integration.

Exchamsiks, Fishway Repair. Repair of critical fish passage infrastructure for DFO. Work completed under CN coordination and tight environmental window to protect fish habitat and maintain river connectivity.

Kermode Friendship Centre, Terrace. A design-build project which entailed overseeing re-zoning and development permits, facilitation of design workshops with the owner, and construction of a new multifunctional facility.

Atlin Terminal, Prince Rupert. Window Renovation. Removal, repair, and reinstallation of 17 exterior second-floor windows. All assemblies brought up to code, re-sealed, re-trimmed, and finished to meet building standards.

Northwest Regional Airport, Terrace. Departures Terminal Expansion: Concrete, glulam, and carpentry works. ARFF Building: Two-bay vehicle shelter with full utilities and HVAC. Ground Equipment Storage: Pre-engineered

Ridley Island Energy Export Facility, REEF, Altagas. Delivered major concrete works for this large-scale LPG export terminal in Prince Rupert. Maintained high production output and met key milestones while upholding strict safety standards.
