Our Team

Mike’s experience in running heavy equipment projects and managing safety programs across North Western BC making him ideal for jobs where industrial precision and job site safety are paramount.

Bob has over 37 years’ experience in construction giving him the ability to determine opportunities for Progressive Ventures and manage them from conception to completion.

Tyler draws on his family experience, Civil Engineering Technician education and time on large civil jobs in Ontario. His time in quality control and construction coordination give him a dedication to detail, while still understanding the importance of deadlines and budgets.

GREG TALBOT - Project Coordinator

Greg brings his upbeat attitude and technical skills to every job, helping keep things on track and moving forward no matter the task. He strives to continually build his knowledge so he can keep adapting to the challenges put in front of him.

KEANE TAIT - Project Coordinator

Keane’s diverse background allows him a thoughtful perspective on all his jobs. With several years as an apprentice carpenter, he knows the ins and outs of the jobsite. Combining this with experience in finance and leadership Keane approaches his work with all stakeholders in mind.
