DARCY McKEOWN Owner/President

Darcy is a thoughtful and calculated leader with a logical approach. He believes in taking care of his people and maintaining key core values in his company. With a strong business acumen Darcy has a history of delivering on his word.

Adam Sarich

ADAM SARICH VP Construction

Adam brings 10+ years of industry experience to the company, he oversees all projects from bidding stage to completion. He is very detailed oriented and can deliver quality work on time, on budget and with exceptional quality.

HEATHER HANSEN

HEATHER HANSEN Operations Manager

Heather brings over 15 years of leadership experience and successfully works with teams to achieve shared goads. She excels at managing complex workloads and tight timelines ensuring that every detail is accounted for and that clients receive the highest quality results.

VINCENT GIESINGER Director of Projects

Vincent brings 5 years of project management experience to the field. He problem solves efficiently and effectively through clear communication with field consultants, supervisors, and any subcontractors that are Involved. He maintains consistent progress In all elements of the project to ensure the best course for the client with heavy focus on safety for all Involved parties.

Steven Chapman

STEPHEN CHAPMAN Construction Manager

Stephen is a dedicated Construction Manager with more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He is experienced in recruiting and mentoring internal project teams and managing them from conception to completion. Stephen routinely meets with clients to determine the end goal, generates estimates, manages architect and engineers, establishes construction methodology and manages all employees and sub-trades to bring the project to successful completion.

Rhett Munson

RHETT MUNSON Civil Construction Manager

Rhett has years of experience in running Civil Construction projects across North Western BC. This along with a strong background as a civil/municipal engineer makes him an ideal Project Manager for jobs where industrial precision and job safety are paramount. Rhett is a clear and effective communicator, maintains a very high level of safety on all jobsites, and consistently motivates his teams. He produces high quality work and has a long history of doing this on logistically complex projects in Northern, BC.
